This role focuses on relationship building, on-site sales, and helping expand Bimba's Famiglia's presence in the region. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and excited about sharing the story and products of a family-run business rooted in tradition and hospitality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Represent the brand at weekly farmers' markets and community events</li><li>Set up and tear down the booth, manage inventory and sales</li><li>Engage customers and communicate the Bimba's Famiglia story with warmth and clarity</li><li>Support product packaging, merchandising, and display setup</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with local retail and café partners</li><li>Assist in developing outreach collateral and supporting community-based promotional efforts</li><li> </li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>$60 stipend for each farmers' market event attended</li><li>10% commission on direct sales made at events and markets</li><li>$100 bonus for every confirmed wholesale or retail account secured</li><li>5% residual commission on reorders from secured accounts for the first three months</li><li>Company vehicle provided for all work-related transportation (valid license and clean DMV record required)</li><li>Coverage under Workers' Compensation Insurance</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Friendly, dependable, and professional communicator</li><li>Strong interest in local food systems, small business, and community engagement</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>Comfortable with in-person customer interaction, occasional lifting, and light physical tasks</li><li>Basic proficiency with tools like email, Square POS, and Google Drive</li></ul> Additional NotesThis position is contingent upon a successful assessment, background check, and DMV clearance. It is an at-will position subject to periodic performance review. The first 90 days of employment will include a Strategic Start program designed to provide comprehensive training and support.
